In 2002, it was provincially registered in Quebec and federally incorporated in Canada. 2JKL is a general contractor, real estate developer, project & construction management consultant and provider of business development for major capital projects in Canada and overseas. The company is one of the major contractors of the residential development of the western area of Montreal with particular presence in Notre-Dame de-l”Ile-Perrot, Saint Zotique and Coteau du Lac. In 2007, the company expanded its business to the development and renovation of multi-family residential properties and commercial buildings.
